De导轨油系列是专应付机床导轨极精密要求而配制之润滑油。本系列滑槽油有优良的磨擦特性，可以减少黏着与滑动的合并现象，防止磨损及腐蚀，并能消除工件表面变色的问题。本系列与大部份的水溶性切削液的分离性良好，因此可减少因弃置切削液所引起的问题及费用。

Description

Lubricants specially developed to meet the most exacting conditions,which occur in the lubrication of machine tool slideways.They have superior frictional properties to reduce stick-slip,protect against wear and corrosion and eliminate staining problems.Exceptional separation from most water-based cutting fluids to minimize the problems and costs of coolant disposal.

用途

-适用于精密极高，负荷重，而供给速度低之横卧或垂直滑槽，亦适用于护床、车台的齿轮。

-可作机床啤令或导轨的润滑。例如锣床、刨床、车床及牛头刨床等。

-给油方法可用普通加油器或集中输油系统。

Application

-Lubrication of horizontal and vertical slideways of machine tools where a high degree of precision is required under conditions of heavy load and low feed rates.Also suitable for gear drives in aprons,supports.

-Lubrication of  slideways  or bearings  on  mach-

inery. e.g.milling machines,planers,lathe paddles and shapers.

-Apply by common appliance oilers of central systems.
